- Auto Mapping
Product Auto Mapping streamlines the overall synchronization process by automatically linking product records between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online (QBO) using predefined identifiers like product name, SKU, or unique item codes.
- Manual Mapping
Just like in customer mapping, you can also opt for manual mapping for products. Here, you need to select a product from QuickBooks Online’s column using the dropdown menu. Next, tick the checkbox beside the relevant WooCommerce product in the corresponding column. Finally, click on Save Mapping to complete the process.
- Tip – Refresh Product
If a customer isn’t visible in the QuickBooks customer dropdown, you can always click on the Refresh button to ensure the list is updated with immediate effect.
