- Auto Mapping
Auto mapping simplifies the process by automatically matching customer records between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online (QBO) based on predefined identifiers such as email address, customer name, or phone number.
- Manual Mapping
In manual mapping, you need to select a customer from QB Online’s column using the dropdown menu. Next, tick the checkbox beside the relevant WooCommerce customer in the corresponding column. Finally, click on Save Mapping to complete the process.
- Tip – Refresh Customer
If you cannot find a customer in the QuickBooks customer dropdown list, click the Refresh button to update the data and fetch the latest records.
