- Manual Mapping
To manually map tax rates, select the appropriate tax rate from the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Tax Rate column. Then, choose the corresponding tax rate from the WooCommerce Tax Rate dropdown. Once selected, check the box next to the WooCommerce tax rate and click Save Mapping to complete the process.
- Refresh
Select the QBO Tax Rate and its matching WooCommerce Tax Rate from the dropdown. If the required QuickBooks tax rate is missing, click Refresh to update the list. Check the box next to the WooCommerce tax rate and click Save Mapping to finalize.
