  • QuickBooks Inventory Sync Start Date: 
    This option defines the starting date for syncing a product from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online (QBO) during its initial synchronization. If left blank, the product creation date will be used by default. 
     
  • Sync Product Inventory: 
    Toggle to enable or disable the synchronization of product inventory between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online (QBO). 
     
  • QuickBooks Product Description Field: 
    This specifies the WooCommerce product information to be used as the product description in QuickBooks Online. 
     
  • Purchasing Information Description Field for QuickBooks: 
    This option allows you to Sync WooCommerce product data into the “Purchasing Information” description field in QuickBooks Online. 
     
  • QuickBooks Product Name: 
    It determines the WooCommerce product data to be used for the Product Name field in QuickBooks. 
     
  • Sync Product Image: 
    Choose Yes or No to synchronize WooCommerce product featured images to QuickBooks Online (QBO). This will not replace the existing image in QuickBooks Online. 
     
  • Override Product Image: 
    Choose Yes or No to sync the product images from WooCommerce to QuickBooks, replacing the QBO product image.

    Determine which QuickBooks product data will be used for the WooCommerce product name field.
